The house was nice and clean. A few items that were not up to par: The hot tub cannot go above 96 degrees. My bathtub at home is warmer than that and no one wanted to use it due to being just luke warm water. Also there are no instructions for the hot tub and nothing to let you know that the maximum temp is 96 degrees. The kitchen amenities were mediocre with poor choice of pots/pans & tools. No regular coffee pot, only a keurig. The pots and pans are very low quality and they are worn out and need to be replaced immediately You only have enough dishes for 1 meal, so we had to wash all after every meal. The lights in the house in every room are not bright enough. The little light over kitchen table and a black shade making it even darker. It is ridiculous that the microwave over the cooktop is not working. So no light or exhaust fan over cooktop and replacement was a tiny counter top micro that smelled of popcorn. Had to use a flashlight to read a book in bed. Not a single extra blanket to be found. Nothing to cover up with on the couch while watching tv or reading a book. The fireplace was not working. There's no BBQ... - Now with all that said, the house was a good set up for us with the downstairs play area and bed/bath, the other 2 bedrooms on the main level were good and the laundry space was well used. The kitchen is a good size and the table fit all of us. The large family room was well used and the neighborhood was very nice and very little road noise.
